fire printed ceramic
dwight davidson sculpture

In this series of work I am printing graphical and photographic images onto wet clay which is then fired
to 2300 degrees F making the images which are 100% ceramic, permanent and resistant to fading. It is not
a decal or a photo emulsion transfer.  This is my own process which I have developed over the past ten years.
The pieces
can be placed indoors or outdoors and will not be affected by weather or sunlight.
